We went to Farley's in Ruidoso after hearing friends rave about it.

We arrived approximately at 6:30, a family of 11.
We waited outside, we weren't even invited to wait at the bar.

We were seated over an hour later. ( another group was seated before us yet we were there 1st. They were given a 30 min. wait time, we were told an hour or more. They a group of 6-8 waited outside with us and others. I overheard the group talking about their wait time)

Poor waitress was untrained and uncaring. Water & drinks took over 20 min. (Some never got water) Our order was taken then was not turned in.
After over 2 hours of waiting we were blessed with cold bland food.

There men's restroom was in need of attention, trash can was full, one of 2 soap dispensers was empty. Floor was a mess. It became worse as the night progressed.

Avery poor experience overall.
I will rethink a Farley's night out.

The food was very good but when I used my debit card and saw that the waitress had tipped herself after I had already left a decent tip I was very much upset. Goes to show that there are dishonest people everywhere.
