I visited Tucanos in Albuquerque on 6/30/11 and 7/26/11. On 6/30 the waitress presented a bill with an added item (not ordered), and she insisted that I give her my credit card. I refused and insisted on a corrected bill. On 7/26, the waiter added to the tip which show up on my card bill. I called Eric, manager, on 8/7 @ 3:55pm, he refused to confirm that the waiter had entered the correct tip amount and blamed the credit card company. He told me in no uncertain terms that it was a private matter within Tucanos between him and his employees, and would not discuss the matter or take corrective action. In fact, he was less than polite bordering on being rude.

this is a great place to eat, except they are really busy so you have to get there early or call for reservations. the staff is really freindly and they are fast. they have really great drinks too.
