Worst customer service ever and serving half cooked chicken wings and the manager is incompetent

Great wings cooked perfectly. The service was great! Ordered online with wait of 16 to 20 min and food was ready for pick up when i got there about 10min after placing the order. James has a good crew and great wings! They make buffalo wild wings look like McDonald's!
