Wave Hill Bread has the best sourdough Miche around, and you can find it at local Whole Foods and Farmers Markets in Fairfield and White Plains. I've been a loyal customer for six years, ever since I discovered their bread during my battle with cancer. Their artisan sourdough is not only delicious, but also easier on the stomach for those with gluten sensitivities. Look out for their amazing croissants, muffins, and savory monkey bread - they never disappoint!
