The pastries, donuts, croissants are absolutely the BEST! We live in Nanoose Bay and wish this talented couple would open up a Crust Bakery in North Nanaimo!! We'd go every week, to be sure. The freshness, the flavour is European based. They are true artisan bakers. And there's BREAD too. We plan to make more regular trips to Victoria because of this bakery.
