I tried a new Vietnamese restaurant in the Cali Saigon Mart food court and found the Bun Bo Hue to be satisfactory, but lacking depth of flavor. However, the Hue Tieu My dish, which included rice and yellow noodles, was quite enjoyable and I finished the soup broth. The service was quick, although the repetitive music played throughout the meal was a bit annoying.
