We have now ordered takeout several times, always fish and chips. We have tried many places and I can say, unequivocally , that Mermaid's is the best!
The chips are golden and crispy, just as the internet ad. shows. They offer 2 fish choices, cod and haddock. Both are very fresh and perfectly done, crispy, not soggy, and a lovely golden colour, again just as internet shows.
When I pick up the order is always freshly done and warm.
Really, no complaints at all.
