This review is about my experience at your establishment on Saturday May 6th, 2023. We were a table of 12 and we were there celebrating my twin aunts 80th birthdays. We were greeted very cordially by Matthew your host and our server Sydney was very good. The problem was with the food. We ordered a variety of your entrées. Some of the table was almost done eating by the time I and both my aunts received their food. There was about a 20 minute difference between when the first 2 people were served and the last person was served. Both my aunts ordered a steak (cooked the same) and one got hers at least 5-7 minutes before the other one. One of them ordered a baked potato with her meal (which came in a piping hot dish) and the potato wasn't even cooked. She was told to be careful of the hot dish which was obviously iput in the oven but the potato was not cooked. Also the vegetables on most people's plates were very hard. Some of the food was very bland as well. I had the gnocchi mac and cheese and my sauce was very liquidy. I just felt it necessary to write this, as I have worked in the restaurant business and know how it works. We could have been told that the kitchen was behind or that the meals were going to take longer, but we were never informed. I never write reviews or complain, but I felt it might be something for your kitchen manager or the owner to be aware of. There are other things I noticed while there that weren't very professional like your hostess/runner chewing gum and blowing bubbles in the middle of the restaurant.
