Ordered two bags of lakeshore coffee ground for a French press (course grind). Opened up when got home and it was ground for filter. Took back to stomper next day and junior staff wouldn't exchange, no manager present. Had to take improper grind to Duluth caribou and was exchanged without question as it should be.
