They charg3d me for items I never received. When I went back in the next day. The server told me I left without the dessert I ordered to go. "Sorry." Then I told him I also ordered guacamole and an extra salsa-that he Informed me would cost extra. He told me he never charg3d me, without checking. I'm unsure why he wouldn't bring out items I ordered in The first place but I'm also confused at him being able to remember NOT CHARGING me without checking th3 receipt from the previous day. Either way, I paid for at least one thing I didn't receive. And when I called to speak with a manager ager about this 4x in 3 days, they put me on hold and returned to the phone telling me he was unavailable and to call back. One time, the guy returned to the phone line he was the manager, and ask3d how he could help. I asked if he was the manager, he said "no I was going to tell u he's unavailable and to call back." Except that's NOT what he originally said. Very unfortunate that this is the way they treat customers. Theres no reason that I couldn't speak to a Manager EVER in 3 days of trying. I enjoyed the food, I don't enjoy being charged for items I never got. This review would've been avoided if thr manager simply got on the phone. And spoke with me. For a situation thar probably cost the restaurant 2 bucks in fried dough, they instead lost a customer, and gained negative online reviews. Customer service👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
