Best place to eat

I had a wonderful dinner here but the I asked my wait staff where I could charge my phone.
She pointed out that the main bar had outlets but I would need to close out my tab to move so I gave her my card.
When I moved, the bartender also told me I needed to close out my open tab and I told him I had given my waitstaff my card.
I finished my brew but he never collected my empty glass or asked me if I wanted anything else. A gentleman sat next to me and the bartender waited on him, immediately.
I asked the bartender for a White Russian, he replied he would check. He never brought me the drink, so I asked again snd he said, we don't have cream. I asked if he could sub Bailey 's for the cream. He again did not bring me the order, so I asked again.
The gentleman sitting next to me finished his meal and turned to me and said"¦ you had a hard time getting your drink"¦ I chuckled and said, "I think I broke a rule or something.
He laughed snd said, you must have because that was the most difficult drink ever ordered.
I finished my Bailey's White Russian snd again was completely ignored.
I finally spoke up again and ordered another drink and the bartender responded, " oh yeah" but did not bring the drink, so I asked a second time. He then brought the drink.
At this point I thought to myself, "I have to ask what 'rule' I have broken so I don't make this mistake again."
What a horrible experience, watching people come and go knowing you are being ignored"¦.😑
