First i would like to say i am not a complainer. It has been a few years since I have been upset enough to complain.
My friend and I ordered taco salads with some additions and deletions. This went fairly well but the menu did not state the salads were loaded with red onions which I do not eat. While picking out the numerous onions, I found a yellow bun wrapper in the center in my salad. The waitress apologized and quickly walked away to get the owner/manager. He apologized saying the buns are on the opposite end of the kitchen so he does not know how that could have happened.
He said he would compensate us by taking a few dollars off of the bill. I would have thought the meal should have been free, obviously he didn't. Maybe it's because he didn't know how it could have happened, which implied to me that he thought maybe it didn't. He took $4.00 off of our bill. Really!
I am an honest 70 year old woman
that was trying out a new restaurant. Our waitress was excellent which is more than I can say about Vickers.

I live within a quarter mile from this place I don't appreciate the hearing ghetto music over my TV with the windows closed
