The customer service in this place is terrible and extremely poor to say the least, our waitress messed our order, and our 4-year-old got her food way after everyone had already finished appetizers and main dish. I had to call random waitress due to the lack of service from our waitress. Employees here lack communication skills, attention skills and just over all customer service. It was almost like they didn't care. The food was not good at all, we order 3 different sushi rolls to try something new but to our surprise all 3 were the same just different sauce. The service here is so bad they include a 15% tip to the bill automatically, and still ask you to give an extra tip while paying"¦ which I did, not knowing the tip was added. They use an electronic payment machine, and it did not reflect the tip... I found out later when I got the text messages with the receipt. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The Owner reply to this review on their website by saying "Thank you for your visit" that shows you how much they don't care about customers and customer experience, just want care about the money.
