Visited on July 22, 2023 with a group of family looking for a place to eat. We all ordered separately. I asked for a receipt and one was never provided. They said listen for you name for your food order to be picked up at the end of the counter. I waited around 30 mins. and when our last family member received their food and I had not I asked about our order. The clerk said someone else must have taken your sandwiches and this happens regularly (no one ever called our "order name"). I told them something is wrong with your food order system. I requested my money back for my sandwich, my wife still wanted hers. The staff was unsympathetic and barely apologetic. I lived in Chicago (and St. Petersburg shared-time) all my life. This has NEVER happened to me. Hermann, MO. is a beautiful town with plenty of other GREAT breakfast choices. Say away from this place.
