Never really liked their pizza but the last time I ordered they said it would be delivered 45 min. to an hour. Over two hours later it showed up looking like it had been sitting for at least 1.5 hrs. Cold and disgusting. When I went in the next day to request a refund, they refused, would only offer me free food. I don't want your food, I want my money back. Will never eat here again.
