All I can say is that the food quality was poor. Plates were visually appealing, but the food was not good. All plates, and we had 7 different plates of food, were all lacking something. The fish was chewy, The Jalea was overcooked, the plantains were hard like crackers, the ceviche was of poor qualify and chewy. The restaurant is beautiful. So expensive for such poor-quality food. Two stars for the aesthetics of the restaurant because the service was also weak.

Terrible service. Very overpriced. They don't know what they're doing. They don't know how reservations work. They claim there is no manager on a busy Saturday evening. Do not waste your time or your money

Get together with friends to celebrate three birthdays. The staff very nice, but they were very disorganized. The food was not serve to everyone at the same time, one of my friend they brought the wrong plate and he cancel his food because after an hour waiting everyone all ready had finish eating and he was still waiting for his food. The servers did apologize several times. they were not ready or have enough staff for large groups or birthday celebration. I called and spoke to the manager a week before the celebration with the total of people. They charge me $35.00 to bring two cakes from out side for the birthday celebration. The food was okay. This restaurant is very expensive and they need to bring more staff or do not commit for large groups. The servers were very nice and several time apologize that the food was late. The restaurant was very disorganized and it was a mess with all the checks. I will never return again, or recommend the Level 29 by William Levy to celebrate special birthday or anniversary. I spend a lot of money and very dissatisfied. Also, the music was very loud, Just keep in mind that you will spend close to $200.00 and the food is not that great or the service.

The food is good but the service is terrible. My mother ordered the sea bass but didn't like it. Two bites were taken and she sent it back to exchange it for something else. When we get the bill we see the sea bass on there when we asked why that was and they said it was because they couldn't reuse it. When we asked what they meant the waiter said " because you took two bites we can't reuse it". We said so what if she took one bite they would reuse it and he said "of course. Why not". Also, he started screaming at her when she said she wouldn't pay for the sea bass. He actually went over the table and was full on yelling. Only when we told the manager what the waiter said about the food did he take it off the bill. Beware when dinning here because you might eat reused food.
