Fantastic food and service

Ordered a torta which traditionally DO NOT have onions. I ordered it and said I ONLY want mayo, meat, beans cheese and avocado. What part of I ONLY want this do they not understand. Then when I get my delivery lo and behold there is a stack of grilled onions and I call back and have the person on the other line argue with me and not want to reimburse me and then the owner jumps on and then gets ugly with me and says he is remaking my food only after I said NO I just want my money back because your customer service is terrible. Then he has the nerve to tell me he is pissed off at me because I wasted his time.....SERIOUSLY I PAID FOR WHAT I WANT NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO GIVE ME.
