Food and service are stellar.
Ingredients are fresh-tasting. Several dishes have a creative tweak that raises the appeal from good to well beyond that. Lemon-infused tartar sauce, for instance. Lightly sweetened, pickled veggies on the Hock and Grits provide a delicious contrast along with crispy fried spinach leaves.
It's these little touches that elevate the food at Scrambler House to above ordinary.
