I placed an order from checkers on 10/14/2020, I was at the NMMC with my sister, I still haven't gotten my food or my money back. After door dash played around with my order I called Checkers and explained to a female that told me it's not Checkers problem it's Door Dash problem. Someone from Door Dash called me and I explained the situation to them, haven't heard anything back from them. So basically I'm out of $28.48 and I didn't receive any food. Checkers and Door Dash in Tupelo MS is not worth losing your money dealing with them. Companies should take responsibility when you take a customer's money. There was no way of not giving you 1 star!

It was the worst ever I paid 30 days dollars and my food was cold and the wings was old and dry and the ppl was not nice they didn't remake my food and didn't give me my money back I will never eat there again in my life I will go hungry before I ever do the fat man told me it was a new training crew last nite they messed up everybody's food I just let them keep the food and my money that was bs for real
