A friend treated me to the Broomfield Ziggi's. It was a completely different experience. The employees were clean and neat. They wore 'Ziggy's' t-shirts and all were personable. There's my answer. I will stick to the Broomfield location when I want to spend that kind of money on a coffee drink and never again darken the door of Orchard Mall location on Lincoln Street where it is lame.

I really wanted to like Ziggi's. The employees stared @ me blankly after I interrupted their chat circle by coming in @ 8:40 a.m. All 4 or 5 young ladies looked like they just rolled out of bed. All had on yoga pants with a t-shirt or hoodie and a sloppy ponytail - nothing to distinguish the employees from the customers. They messed up my last order recently (which was my very first visit) so I told them before I ordered - no response. Today's order was better but almost $10 for a 'frappe' drink is crazy. I will try a different drink @ the Broomfield location to see the difference. If it's not better, I won't return to either location but definitely never the Lincoln Street Ziggi's again.
