Great food love it

Let's have an honest review here"¦don't be alarmed. The ONLY time I ate from this place was I made the food myself. Do you know how awfully incompetent and lazy a kitchen staff has to be that the owner and staff themselves have to lie about what they ACTUALLY do? We're talking productive wise, following food safety standards, having recipes and cleaning standards"¦this place has NONE of these. I came in and required things that basically shell-shocked these folks. Flavor, food safety and effective productivity"¦wow! After all, the owner has not only never owned a restaurant before but has little to no experience working in one. Imagine investing in a business that you have no experience with yet you're almost NEVER there to actually run this place. Donna uses her niceness as manipulation to get her way with her staff. There are some awesome servers there like Shanna who has a ton of experience and prides herself on customer service. But then you have servers who think it's a good idea to make salads with their nasty bare hands. I warned the owner (Donna Ficaj) of this after seeing a server make a salad with her bare hands and a bandaid on her finger. She did not care and the very next week a guest wrote a review after seeing staff do this smh My mother always said, "a hard head makes a soft behind". Most importantly, seeing reviews from guests stating the so called "Executive Chef" (I am using this term extremely loosely) is NASTY, is an AWFUL thing to read about regarding any food establishment. Now imagine how this kitchen is being ran if this is the opinion of the person "in charge" of it. The man can not even make a proper soup for goodness sake. Who puts a ton of dried herbs in a soup? SMH Considering the fact that he has no Culinary degree and not even a servsafe, it makes you wonder how someone with so little talent can be in charge of anything. I made a VEGETABLE STOCK one time and this ignoramus used it to make chicken soup! -_- They don't believe in labeling anything, half of the menu is in the freezer and for goodness sake you're doing a "sniff test" to determine if the from frozen seafood is still good. The plating is SLOPPY, the hand washing sink is BARELY used (I'll let you use context clues), The staff makes dishes differently from each other because again"¦there are no recipes and one of the cooks is also a server who's hair sheds badly. (See the review here for that here). Sweetest Day, Al of those cute little flowers in your food"¦THEY WERE ALL REUSED DURING SERVICE. Yup, you flower cake from someone else's plate! God bless this terribly run place with their insane prices and lack of standards. Expect to see a "Under new management" sign within the next year or two.

Just recently opened we have a full bar menu, pizza, hand pressed burgers and all our food is made in house!!
