wonderful food and service

I have purchased Matty's really wonderful breads a few times at the Bath Farmers Market. I just had the Sunflower, Flax and Oat bread for breakfast, lightly toasted and a little butter. I just can't explain the texture. It has a nice crispy outside, but not hard outside, and yet a slight softness inside. For me it is just right!! I got the Parmesan Basil, which is tasty, and the plain loaf is as great as the rest. It's great for a nice homemade soup! Thanks for making this bread, Marty!
