I have a big complaint about your drive-thru service on the evening of 6-15-2023 (approximately at 7pm). I was going through the drive-thru, intending to order several items. As soon as I started ordering the 1st item, the girl on the speaker started interrupting me and talking very fast. I said, "Excuse me?" She mumbled something very fast, which again, I couldn't understand. So I started again trying to say the first item of my order. She again interrupted me after the 1st 2 or 3 words and said (I think) "We don't have that!" So I started to order again and got about 3 words out and she again very quickly said "We-don't-have-that.Would-you-like-blah-blah-blah" (words that I couldn't understand because she was talking so fast). I then said, "Ummm...okay. I would like a bowl of steamed rice and..." Again she interrupted me and said (again, extremely fast) "We-don't-have-that." I finally just gave up and told her to just forget it!

TO THE MANAGER: you need to find out who was on the speaker at the above time and date and let her know that she lost you folks quite a large order!!! She was very rude and she needs to SLOW DOWN!
