Great food and service!

NO PHONE, NO SERVICE (LITERALLY)
I don’t always take my cell phone with me. I don’t think I should have to. I have my credit cards and cash sometimes and I usually have my smartwatch, so I rest assured.
I wanted something different tonight and I remembered Sticks & Spoons. I dress, drive, and arrive to find out that I can’t access a menu or place an order without a smartphone.
I try to be forward and allow progress to take place, but when a business restricts its transactions to be conducted completely online. That business is not thinking of its customers, potential customers, or loss business. I understand what the owner has in my mind, but I think he is going about it the wrong way.
After I dressed, drove, and arrived to sample this restaurant’s fair, and I couldn’t even look at a menu without a smartphone. It seems the owner was telling me that I am was not welcomed there. He offered an apology, but I left emptied handed but full knowing I would never again harken unto his door.
