We found Everest Himalayan cuisine in Encinitas downtown 101 highway while we driving and went there and tried vegetable korma , lamb tikka masala , garlic naan with medium spicy wow what a great meal and good service .

Food is super . I tried Himalayan kitchen but this place is awesome . Please tried chicken curry , lamb curry and goat curry . Then you will know which is the best food .
