Ristorante Italiano, Stevie was our waiter in the pass messed up the order on two different occasions. Not only that we were charged twice for bread when it was included with our meals. You wouldn't want the same server again.

We lost Julion who was one of the best waiters now Chris they both took care of their guest! They need to hire someone with class and good customer service.

When I asked if someone else could wait on us, she throws the menu on the table and said it's just her.
Attitude issue and no class! Would you want a waiter like this?
The food is excellent the worse service I have ever seen in a classy restaurant.
Shame on you!

Hidden Gem: Ristorante Italiano in downtown Henderson inside the Pass Casino. You would never know you were inside a casino except for the fact that you have to walk through the casino to get there. From the moment we arrived, to the minute we walked out the door it was A+ service. We were greeted warmly by our hostess and taken to our table. Dim lighting gave you the feel of an Italian eatery in little Italy. Started with a nice Cabernet and fresh bread and oil. Then Caeser salad for each of us. I had the lobster ravioli, hubby had the chicken parmesan and friend had veal marsala. The waiter mentioned a three meat meal which included meatball, pork and sausage. We might try that next time. It sounded terrific but we already had our minds set on what we wanted. We all tried each other's plate and can honestly say they were equally delicious. Nice presentation and excellent service throughout. We finished with tiramisu which was to die for. Nice touch with the chilled silverware. Water was refreshed throughout the meal. Restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday presently and the goal (post pandemic) is to be open during the rest of the week (closed Mondays) Can't say enough about this place. Johnny, our waiter, was the absolute best and Chris, the manager, consistently checked to make sure we were totally satisfied. Complete satisfaction and we WILL be back!
