Go for the drinks and the dessert. Do not come here for the food.

I brought my family here to try out the resturant. The appetizer Ferris wheel seemed really cool. However when we got it, we realized that all the same food on the appetizer wheel is exactly what you'd get inside the park (meaning you're getting the amusement park quality food, not resturant quality food). After discovering this, the lunch items we order had the same quality as well. Much of our food was frozen, heated up, and served to us, there was no resturant quality to it. Some of the items we got were not only not cooked the whole way, but also lacked flavor - which we tried to bring up to our server.

Overall, the ambience is pretty. Drinks are decent and desserts live up to is magic. It's nice to give people someone to go to on the park grounds without going into the park. However, the prices on these food items are not worth it. You are paying higher "resturant quality" prices for their amusement park food. They did the bare minimum to give you a meal but cheapened out when they realized they could save money by also serving you foods they have in the park. You are essentially paying to be in a resturant environment.
