The management at this location has failed. I have managed young and inexperienced employees before, and every issue I ran into comes back to poor training and poor oversight. I placed an online order for pickup at 05:25 on 09 Sep 2022. App then told me it would take 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. I then arrived at the restaurant at approximately 05:35. A few minutes after 06:10 I walked up to the counter and asked for a refund. That is when I learned my order had been sitting on the shelf for about 20 minutes. They had called the wrong name. I have no issue with the wrong name being called, it is a simple mistake. What I do have a problem with is that despite the fact I was sitting in full view of all the employees, none of them thought to check up on my order or even check in with me. I just sat there ignored for over 30 minutes. Then I was told I could not get a refund until the next day because the manager there at the time could not do it. I left the store w/o product or money.
