I discovered a fantastic spot for Thai food in Oregon that totally exceeded my expectations! I tried the pad Kee Mao, also known as drunken noodles, and it was a flavor explosion of deliciousness. The dish was perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of heat, and the fresh veggies and tofu were cooked to perfection. The eclectic ambience, blending Thai, French, and Pacific Northwest influences, added to the overall fun dining experience. Plus, having roasted chili seeds on the table was a tasty and unique touch that I absolutely loved!
