POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My family and I have been loyal customers for years as the food is very good. At a recent visit, however, the lack of customer service and/or sensitivity to typical American coutesy was obvious. After purchasing over $40 in food and leaving a tip, I realized I had locked my keys and cell phone in the car. I explained my dilemma to the woman at the counter who had just served me, and asked if I could use the phone. She replied "no", with no explanation and no apology. Thinking she had misunderstood me, I asked again and got the same response. Given that it appreared they had two phone lines, I don't think they had to fear missing a phone order. Fortunately the other customers were sympathetic, with one offering to drive me home, and another allowing me to use her cell phone. This customer will not be back
