Took two hours to deliver our food when our office is 3 minutes away. We ordered 2 wraps and fries, they were ice cold the chicken was rubber our dressing was spilled all over the bag. They were extremely rude and nasty on the phone. I will never go there again

Worst food ever. They are so rude. Took over two hours to deliver a sanwich and a wrap, that were freezing cold.

My office manager just placed an order for the office as a Thank you for all our Hard work on Scretaries Day. A few of the girls came up to me and said that the bread was Stail and had a funny taste. When I called the Gentle man on the phone was very rude. His reply was that they use that bread everyday and it was good he did not know what to tell me. Good Customer service is the Customer is always right and he should have appologiezed and made an attempt to fix it. Instead his reply was I do not know what to tell you the bread is good. We will never order from the again and I will think twice before going there for lunch. It is a shame that busineses need to feel that they are better than the customers.

Our office used Cookys on many occasions. We called in (1st time) to let them know the “Gourmet Sandwiches” SOME had a stale taste to it; I received many complaints from employees. When my assistant called, they were very rude. We were not expecting a whole new delivery BUT they could have sent something in good faith, considering the money we spent. We will NEVER order from COOKYS again and we will MAKE SURE TO PASS THE WORD! Horrible Customer Service!!!

Our firm placed a huge order. A particular bread from "The Gourmet Sandwich" taste stale. Received various complaints about the bread. We called Cookys and they were rude over the phone. Did not even make an attempt to clarify the matter. Cookys could not care less. Horibble Customer Service!!! on the phone and in the deli. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My co-workers and I frequently order food from Cooky's (weekly basis). Having worked in the food industry before, I understand that, though we may not always agree with the customer, if the customer makes a request, you do your best to satisfy the customer. After all, they are your source of income. We asked for an order of chicken fingers (normally wrapped in Styrofoam at Cooky's, where the chicken melts into the plastic - not good for the health) to please be wrapped in a paper "boat" or carton, the way the fries are wrapped. This is a very simple request, and my co-workers were always kind about it. A manager one time acknowledged our request, but every time since then it has been blatantly disregarded. We are not the type of people to make harsh demands on our orders. Finding the chicken fingers wrapped, yet again in Styrofoam, we had to ask them to be switched into another container and, once again, were met with a tough NY attitude by a couple of employees who basically flicked their hands under their chins towards us. How sad that, instead of gaining, Cooky's has now lost 3 loyal customers who would have gladly passed the deli's name along to friends and family, had they not been met with a complete lack of care.
