The classic cheese slice was decent, but the white pizza was a bit too oily for my taste. The staff were super friendly, and even though the pizza's consistency can vary, I always leave satisfied and ready to come back for more.

First off let me start by saying I ordered delivery. When my food finally came a hour and 20 minutes later, my order was wrong and cold. I ordered honey dipped fried chicken, which I didn't get. I ended up receiving fried chicken that was fried so hard the meat was solid as rock and drier than the Sahara desert, I couldn't even bit into it. And the mozzarella sticks were ice cold in the inside. No melty cheese pull, no crunchy outside. So basically paid $35 for a soda and fries. When I called back for a refund or to get the order fixed, whoever I spoke with on the phone claimed to be the owner & had a nasty attitude! First she placed me on hold saying she's getting the manager, then she came back on the phone saying she's the manager, then as the conversation went on she told me she was the owner. She wouldn't let me finish talking and every time I spoke, she would yell over me and try to finish what I was saying. Ive been ordering from franks for years and never experienced such rude & nasty behavior. Honestly shocked and very disappointed. It could've been an easy fix with a simple refund.

They will never get my business again.
Beware of non food items getting in your food.Being busy is no excuse for shear CARELESSNESS.You might wind up in the hospital.All the girls behind the counter need to be fired.One day there will be a lawsuit.
I will tell all of my friends and family to never go there.Lost my bussiness forever.

03/31/2020 - 1 Less Customer of Franks!
Ordered pizza and wings @7:53pm, didnt get food til 9:30pm, because the delivery driver dropped our food off at the wrong house, on the porch. Thank God for the neighbors, 3 houses down, who gave us our food, after in sat outside for 25 minutes on their porch. On top of that, the receipt had my full credit card number written out, clear as day! Exp date, CCV code, everything! For now, my neighbors to have! And to correct all this, the manager gives me 30% of my order back! 30%?! Food delivered to the wrong house, left outside for 25 minutes in the cold and CC number written out for all eyes to see and you give me 30% back?! I will NEVER order from Frank's again!
