The dedication and care put into the food at this establishment is truly remarkable; each bite of the special sub and calzone was bursting with rich flavors and generous ingredients. The delivery was prompt and efficient, providing a welcome break from cooking in a hot kitchen, and I have found a new favorite spot in Utica for delicious, satisfying meals.

1st & last time I order. Got a Calzone, and the mushrooms looked like they were from a jar. Tasted terrible...Delivery service Very slow. Also, they didn't ask me for ID, or credit card, didn't have me sign anything. Parkway pizza is so much better. Will never order from Palermo again.

Good food... probably the worse service and delivery service ever!!! They never bring you everything you order or pay for. What a scam!!

We were in the Best Western and decided to order in. Meal came driver left. We opened bag. NO SILVERWARE Called them back to complain and was told they don't know where the address is when packing meals!!!! Are you kidding me when we ordered did not give an address told th Nest Western and room #. We had to get some utensils on our own. Rude remarks on the person answering phone and no resolve to problem. And JUST SAVING Chicken Riggie not the best
