I had never tried this place before and likely will never go back.

I placed an order online to be picked up at 6:30PM. The order was placed around 4:30PM. When we arrived to collect our order, at 6:27PM, we waited in line behind folks placing their order to then be told our order was not ready yet. We then waited until about 6:45PM before it was done. What is the point of ordering ahead of time?

I complained to the "brain surgeon" behind that register that proceeded to tell me it was the system they use and the system doesn't prioritize the orders in the time they were placed but by what was ordered?!?!? are you kidding me, what does that even mean??? what kind of answer is that? In addition, the folks standing in line before us, received their food, while we still waited for ours. Then I get home and the $17 sandwich I ordered wasn't even fully wrapped. The chulent (stew) was tasty but I would have expected much more for $15. The only saving grace is that the food was not as bad the service. Needless to say I will not be back.
