I parked my smart car in a crowded lot and found a spot between two dumpsters. After climbing onto the roof to make my way inside, I saw they had a special on slices that got me really pumped. Despite the chaotic scene, I managed to grab my food quickly and retreat back to my car. As I indulged in my pizza, I couldn't believe how delicious it was and felt grateful for the tasty experience at this familiar spot.

Just ordered pizza and wings and I paid 40 dollars for a burnt pizza next time it's burnt I'm gonna drive there and throw it on your counter and demand my money back !!! Like really this sucks

Called order in 3 hours early and it still was not ready when I arrived. They told me they couldn't find half of my order. There were 14 people waiting in the rain to just pay and another 12 people in cars waiting for their orders to be finished. Only one person working the counter. The girl gave the wrong pizza to a person and they opened and touched it and brought it back in to the store to get the correct pizza...the girl then closed the box and took it out to another customer!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Poor management!!!!!!

The absolute worst...3 hrs I waited for a delivery 3 weeks ago for a pizza and 1 sub. Today I decided I'll pick up..order 1 chicken taco, 1 ham sub and 1 stinger, told me 1 hr. Pick up order, the taco was beef, the sub was roast beef and the steak on stinger was raw. Called said they would remake and deliver, I've now been waiting over 1 hour 1/2. Last time ever I order from them.

The pizza tastes like cardboard. Delivery once took over 2 hours and was cold. The only good thing about that place is the ice cream... Tacos are disgusting too. Tried this place 4-5 times and every time I was let down. Don't waste your money.

Order food to be delivered, was told 1 hour 11/2 hours later called back and was told it was on its way. 2 hours later called and was hung up on by guy on phone. Tried to call again immediately hung up on. Never received food. Horrible customer service. To many young people and no one watching what they do!!!!

Pizzas are good in the evening but not during the afternoon. Don't use the restroom. It is filthy.
Black Mold on sink, faucets, toilet, floor. The room hasn't been cleaned in months. The Health Dept should go in there and close it down, until the place gets cleaned. The employees don't wear gloves at all, when preparing the food. Get ready for a gastrointestinal attack. The owner better get in there and clean up the place.

We ordered a sheet pizza, large pizza and bucket of wings. Awesome!!! We all thought it was great! Thanks for making our party delicious!

I ORDERED PIZZA FROM PATS AT 6:00PM AND I WAS IT WOULD BE HERE IN 1/2 HOUR BUT IT TOOK 50 MINUTES AND IT WAS COLD. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND DONT THINK I WILL ORDER ANYMORE FROM PATS
