Food is consistently good with reasonable prices, and the staff is accommodating, even for large parties. I particularly enjoy the pastrami sandwich and matzo ball soup, and appreciate the generous portions and friendly service.

Food was not up to par. Chicken was dry and like powder. Suppose to be Broasted. No way. Meat on sandwiches was good. Stuffed cabbage was good. Potato pancake and onion rings greasy! No dinner like there was! Just entree and sides. Charging extra for stuffed derma and knish. Unlimited soda and iced tea.stuffed chickens no longer on menu.

We have been eating at the Woodro since childhood. It is the best kosher deli on the South Shore. The corned beef and pastrami are delicious. They have so much to choose from. The soups and side dishes are great.
