Dear Manager
On Thursday, September 5, my daughter-in-law placed an online order via cell phone to your restaurant. The app indicated 5 minutes for pick-up. We were directly across the highway, so we arrived well within the 5-minute window.
Upon arrival, the drive-thru attendant was told the info for the order. She responded she didn't have that order. She responded twice, without checking, that she didn't have the order. Finally, a coworker spoke up and told her she had it. We proceeded to the pick-up window and obtained our order. As I was not driving, I was able to "drink" my Frosty. Yes, I said "drink" my Frosty. It was completely melted to the point that I didn't need a spoon or a straw. All four were melted! I checked the receipt and saw a "Single Cheese Plain" for $5.39. What a rip-off!! My Chili Cheese Potato was overdone to the point that it was difficult to eat.
I'm on a fixed income and I resent the amount I paid for the poor quality of the food I received. Rest assure"¦I will share my experience with others. Needless to say, a visit to Wendy's in the future will not happen! Only a full refund will be acceptable!
