Eaten there 3-4 times before.. Looking forward to least one dining later in month...Super friendly & worth the wait !!!!!! Food is Hot & Excellent!!!!! Relaxing atmosphere!!! In dining area....wait staff. Is Great!!!!

Fantastic place the food is traditional American pub food but prepared excellently by a friendly staff they have great ice tea and a good selection of beer. The prices are very good. The bar TV does not play CNN. The place is packed with locals during the winter and then the dit dotters come in.........

I give it a C. Was not crowded at all but took 45 mins to get a burger and some fries. Service horrible. Wait staff has a rep for being rude because they are. Will not be going back.

Met family there for supper. The shrimp and grits was as good as I have eaten anywhere. Staff was friendly and service met expectations. I will be going back.

Beautiful decor. I took a client here for a meeting after work. Excellent selection of cocktails. Service was slow but that worked in my favor on this occasion.

Last night we feasted on the Congo burger and onion rings. What an awesome eating experience! This place is excellent. We have been eating there for years. Daily specials are great. I can't understand a post that claims the staff is rude. The staff is great.

Hostess was VERY RUDE..we asked not to be seated at a high table..she refused and would not seat us at a regular table because it was a 2top..she was so rude about it..WE LEFT AND WILL NOT RETURN..

I JUST A GREAT LUNCH WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE MONKEY BAR.HAVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE 2007 AND NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.WILL RETURN SOON.

Not kid friendly. Went with my husband and 2 kids. There was an open table in the bar area, but the hostess insisted on checking the main dining area. There were apparently no tables there and she told us she wouldn't sit her little ones in the bar area and then basically waited for us to leave. No offer to wait til stable opened, not estimated wait time. I will never go back there again.

I'm a local and use to go here all of the time. Lately the service has been VERY slow and the food poorly prepared. I'm not sure what has happened, however given the change in service and quality of food, I will not be returning.

I go to this place often, never have a problem with the staff and always have good service. Blair makes the best margarita on the island!

Typical sports bar. Limited menu. The food was not bad, but the staff was apathetic. No service. Next time we'll be going somewhere else.
