Oh boy, the Chicken Banh Mi we devoured was a flavor explosion! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and thinly sliced, while the veggies were as fresh as a morning dew. I was pleasantly surprised by the crunchy exterior and soft interior of the bread, although I did wish for a few more non-pork options and maybe a refreshing iced tea to wash it all down!
