What a find! I heard about this place from so many different folks, then my office booked a catering and it was fantastic!!! Hands down the best in the area. Imagine being that good for 40 people, my husband and I couldn't wait to try it for OUR dinner. YUM, YUM and YUM!! Thank you kind husband and wife for your hard work!!

This is the best BBQ i have eaten. A place in north Charlotte was good, but this is extremely good. I have had pork BBq here and ribs and the chicken. All of it is great. The sauce is top notch. No wonder they were asked to be at the superbowl.!

I have not been to the restaurant myself , but my niece gave my sister a birthday party and got the chopped barbecue and ribs from you .I can say as the truth , I have never had barbecue like this in my life, the ribs were so tender they almost melt in your mouth and the barbecue was out of this world. DON'T FIRE THE COOK !

Awesome Q! I travel the country and am always looking for the best bbq in town....and I found it in Matthews NC Forget Memphis and St. Louis. Outlaws in Matthews is amazing. Ribs that make you want to slap your "grandmother". I don't know much about them but the food was the best.

Be sure to NOTE that they don't have any indoor seating! On nice days you can sit outside or in your car on not so nice days or take out. But the food is worth making the effort.

If you are like me and always searching for the best barbeque you can find...FIND OUTLAW!

Finally, real bbq in Matthews NC. This place is great. The food is outstanding. Everything is slow cooked over pure hickory wood...ON SITE!

Even though it is takeout only, I gave it a 10 for service because the friendly staff had my order ready in about 30 seconds. Hot... fresh... AWESOME! Don't waste your time or money on those other guys...this is the real deal.

Just read some of the many publications about this husband/wife team and you'll know that I'm not just blowin' smoke (pun intended) up your skirt.
