For the last two days, the Taco Bell in Aberdeen, NC, has not been open for business by 7am. I sat for at least 8 minutes waiting at a dark window for them to open. I left and called the first day. Shalawnda, the manager, did agree she was late opening up. But today, she lied and said that they were open on time. I was there and tried to get in the door at 705. The door was locked, and it was dark inside. A van was parked in front both days. What is the problem?
