The food and service at El Parral were fantastic. The staff was friendly and made sure our tea cups were always full, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a great spot to enjoy delicious food and a relaxed dining experience.

The customer service at El Parral is horrible. We will never go back because EVERY time we do a take out order it is wrong. The food is good if you ever get it the way you order it.
