Had a traditional Thanksgiving lunch recently and found everything to be quite enjoyable. The ambiance at the establishment is pleasant and inviting, making me eager to visit the lounge area. While I haven't stayed at the Inn recently, I wanted to share a fantastic customer service experience I had over the weekend. Christy, the reservations person during the day, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with my special requests, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
