i was just at the big thunder mine and took the half day minning trip .i paid $45 for nothing it was a joke.i found maybe ten cents worth of gold.i found a bunch of garnetsbut the guide was not gonna let me keep them till i said i want them.then i had a groupon for a free sample of gold ore wich turned out 2 be nothing but class 5 gravel.i strongley recemend not doing the half or full day minning trip it just a tourist trap
