Absolutely the most AMAZING food. We had it delivered and it was super hot when it arrived. I wish we had this place in Williston. Thank you Hong Kong for making my valentines day so much better. We will be returning for sure, hopefully sooner than later. :-) My husband said "it was the best orange beef he has ever had". Makes me sad to know we have to leave this behind and go to the place of crappy Chinese food. I will excited to return to Bismarck to eat here again.

Definitely a worthy place to eat in bismarck. Buffet is sufficient but the menu is where the place shines! Love the house lo mein. Fried rice is homemade and the best I've ever had. Buffet is decent but excellent when fresh.

They should make people aware from their menu that the Singapore Mai fan contains shrimp. I'm severely allergic to seafood and was upset to find that after i handed the delivery man $23!! that i ordered shrimp!!!! In Bismarck for work had a long day and very hungry. Not pleased at all. and still hungry

This buffet is not like other chinese buffets. It is not big but offers all my favorites!! Besides it is a chinese restaurabt not american!! I have mostly great experiences with ordering of the menu or buffet.

Their buffet doesn't get "refreshed" very often. I found myself with limited dishes, cold and dry food, no replenished dishes an hour before the buffet closes and noodles that tasted of sour fish. Not a good experience.

I've had wonderful experiences with Hong Kong Take Out, and freshly cooked food; however, their shrimp is mushy and has been so for 2 months now ... I will no longer order that dish for fear of what could possibly make shrimp that mushy.

That being said, Hong Kong is the best of its kind in the State. Learn what to order, and what to stay away from.

We love to eat here! We have always ordered from the menu, for no other reason than the buffet was closed when we visited.
The food...better than any competitors in the state as far as I have tasted. The service is good, and I rated it according to a lifetime of travel and experiences.

The food is something I look forward to, whether it be eat in or carry out. I recommend it for the food, ambiance,range of selection, quality, and price/value of overall experience.
