Dinner started out great and the food was good. half way through my chicken fried steak I found a fly in my gravy, I was very discussed but knew that it was no ones fault, it happens. after telling the server she rolled her eyes and carried the plate off. there was never an apology, and for the rest of the night we received dirty looks and eye rolling. we were polite, however we did not tip and left a not on the receipt as to why. the next day we were encouraged by others to call the owner. Not only was she rude but implied we were trying to get a free meal and it was a personal problem we had with the server. I did post my experience on a social media sight. I stated the food was good but that we were treated rude, the waitress posted multiple comments attaching me, my character as well as others who agreed with me, and the owner basically supported her. As a customer I am appalled by the way they treated us and honestly do not understand how they can remain open with the customer service being what it is. We went out to celebrate and were really looking forward to a fun night out without children, instead we left right after dinner instead of having dessert and drinks. would not recommend this place to anyone.
