I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered take out and they told me 25 minutes. I showed up thirty minutes later and they told me it wasnt ready, then 15 minutes later they gave me my order with a cold pizza (the box was cold the pizza was cold, it had clearly been sitting room temperature for 15 minutes). I told the lady the pizza was cold and she said she would have them heat it up. (I didn't want a dry pizza, but I was pretty sure that was going to happen with the reheat) I said 'tell them put it in for only a little while.' she seemed to ignore me. 10 minutes later I walked up to the counter and said 'can you check on my pizza please?' she said yes but only glanced through the window and told me 'they'd tell me if it was ready'. then she stood there for a minute and went back there and got the pizza, it was clear to me from what I had seen through the doors, people coming and going, that the pizza had been there but she hadn't went to get it (why I don't know, I don't think she liked my attitude I felt I had been personable... maybe I'm ugly I'm not sure). So I got into my car to look at the pizza and it was dry and burned on top.
I was mad and called them when I got home. The guy Ian answered the phone a tall skinny curly haired guy I had seen coming and going while I was waiting. He is youngish, probably 20. I said 'may I speak to a manager?' he said 'who wants to speak with him?' I said gruffly 'a customer' he says 'give me your name.' as if to begin the dick measuring contest with me. I told him my name and I paused for a moment then began talking to my girlfriend about the rude tone of the guy on the phone, the dude was evidently still listening, rather than getting the f'ing manager like I asked him to. He says 'If you f-ck-ng cuss at me I'm not gonna f-ck-ng do sh-t for you.' I says 'oh really, I'll be there in about five minutes then'
I talked to the manager who was obviously drunk, he was slurring his speech and looked pale as stone. He listened to my story and then had the attitude like, 'yeah shut up let me get your gift certificate so I can go back to work..." He left me waiting outside while he went and got it. I started to feel like a complete fool at that point 'you leave me waiting for my food, then waiting for my pizza, treated me like crap on the phone now I'm waiting outside looking like an idiot I'm at least going to walk away with my dignity.'
I hate this place now.

This place is not for anyone that's not white. We went as a family and the whole time we were there the staff and all the customers kept staring at our table. The place was full of nothing but white people and not a single minority in the joint.

The waiters kept staring at us as well. The food was at best average but if you are a minority you should stay away.
