The veggie sandwich with Italian cream cheese is a standout, and ordering a baker's dozen to slice and freeze for the week is a great strategy. After visiting numerous bagel shops recently, I've found that the quality and texture here are unmatched, with a crispy exterior and soft, chewy inside. Although the service can sometimes be slow, the exceptional flavors, including the lox cream cheese and seasonal offerings, make it a must-visit when in Bellingham.
