Good Food

I give the cooks here 5 stars! The food is great and the salsa is the best I've ever had! However the customer service is terrible!!! I have called in for pick up 4 times total. Out of those 4 times I've been put on hold 4 times, which is fine. What's not fine is 2 of the times I've called and been put on hold no one ever picked the phone back up to take the order. The first time I waited 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back only to be put on hold again. I did get my order placed but it was not in a timely manner. That time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 2nd time, I called, was asked to hold, so I waited. After 10 minutes of being on hold either someone disconnected or their phone just automatically hung up. So I ended up going to Chipotle. The foods not as good but at least I could get an order placed. As a small business owner myself I feel my customers deserve the utmost respect. That doesn't mean putting them on hold and never picking back up!
