The service at this place was friendly and professional, making the trip worth taking. The meals we ordered were all delicious, with my strip steak being cooked to perfection and the pork chop being incredibly flavorful.

After many years of eating at Benders I was shocked by the meal my husband and friends had last night. Some food was cold and all the steaks were extremely tough. Couldn't even bring leftover steak to our dog because it was all fat on one end.

Food was very lackluster. Ordered a filet cooked medium and it came out about raw. Left the restaurant with a uneasy feeling to my stomach. Wasn't very appetizing. Staff was nice although

Surroundings - a little out of date but, it is rather quaint and clean.I

Service - outstanding! Our server was fast, efficient and
friendy; what more could you ask for?

Food was melt in your mouth delicious! Cooked perfectly. There are very few places away from home that I will buy steak - this is one.

Quality - also outstanding. You get what you pay for.

Don't forget dessert. Their home made pies are just
great. Indulge!!

Spend your money and time elsewhere. Place is in much need of updating. ( seating is dirty and uncomfortable ) , dark lighting, and just a dull appearance. I love small family owned restaurantes with heritage to towns but this one needs a breathe of fresh air. Now the food !!!! Had the steak which is their NAME ( what they are known for ). Steak okay cut , cooked okay , taste of meat was Nothing special neither, but my check was. Way OVERPRICED ....
Come on Baker's , have the owners or manager been to Belden Village and seen the options we have. I say go to Texas Roadhouse in Alliance, Ohio. 20 minutes away , 100 % better.
